Last but not least we are asking for those 5 course meals that we do day in and day out for all we serve. Do you have some favorites that everyone loves? Or do you have a personal favorite? Maybe one that tickles several of their tummies, well help us out and share the wealth. Thanks!

My favorite dish to make for my family is Ham, noodles, green beans and potatoes. Place all ingreients except noodles in a pan on the stove top and boil for an hour. Add noodles and continue to boil until noodles are tender. The best way to do this recipie is in a roaster or crock pot for about 6 hours. The potatoes acquire the flavor of the ham and taste great. To complete your meal serve warm dinner rolls. Enjoy!

My kiddos really like Southern "fried" chicken. It's breaded w/ crushed corn flakes and buttermilk. I usually use boneless breasts or legs. The kids LOVE to help crush the cornflakes in a ziplock...we even step on them (wrap in a towel first)! Dip in buttermilk and then into the ziplock w/ crumbs and a little flour. Spray cookie sheet w/ cooking spray first. Put chicken on and drizzle w/ a little oil (or spray again). Put in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes, turn over and bake for 15-20 more. I serve w/ milk, fresh fruit and veggies.

My kids love our "poor boy" sandwiches. We use packaged pizza crust (the type in the tubes like the bicuits), ham, turkey or ground meat and cheese. We find that chopping the meat makes for easier eatting by the younger children. Bake at 400 for 8 min and flip over for 5-8 more minutes. Slice and serve.
