Description	When you work in a home-based childcare, you wear many hats: teacher, owner, provider, bookkeeper, janitor, counselor, organizer, coach, motivator, nurse, nutritionist, tax preparer, cook, artist, referee, record keeper, song leader, marketing director, etc. The list is almost endless. Often, there's not a lot of support and places to find answers, get advice, or just vent. This can be terribly hard for someone who is just starting out in their business. This group was created for that very purpose, to "mentor" those who are just beginning this very rewarding adventure. Here, you can ask questions without hesitation...no question is too silly. If you are new to the business, this is your place to find "mentors". If you are "seasoned" in the business, here's your chance to help someone get started on the right foot.
