At this point I have not had a need for conferences because I talk extensively with all of my parents both when they drop of the kids and pick them up. However, I am now required to have evaluations/observations with parent meetings to discuss my findings. My observations will start this coming Monday.

I do a lot of things with the parents. I have Halloween and Christmas parties every year. I also host a CPR/First aid training in the spring that most of the parents attend. I have developmental checklists that I do every 6 months that I send home to the parents, and parents are welcome to meet with me - but we usually talk every day.
